I wanted to write and formally thank you for your tremendous work with Convention Management New Zealand during and around the recent ISSLS conference. As you know, I have been delighted with the administrative side of the meeting. We have had phenomenal feedback from all of the international delegates who really seemed to have a great time. The meeting ran without a hitch thanks to your expertise. The social and recreational programme was superb.
As I have indicated in the past, the praise heaped directly upon me by many of the international delegates was amazing and, of course, all of this really comes back to you and your team's superb organisation.
I wanted to put these feelings down on paper. I have no doubt that we will have the opportunity to work together in the future and I am very happy to act as a reference for anyone seeking an independent view of the services that you provide.

ISSLS Convenor, 2010The Street flags are down, the marquee is gone from the carpark, the Wellington Convention Centre and Duxton Hotel have already run several other events and Pusan in Korea has commenced planning for the 8th IDFWPR Congress to be held in 2010.
What remains now is for the organisers to offer a very genuine thanks to the many people who assisted in making the 7th IDFWPR Congress a major sucess for the stakeholders, the delegates, for Wellington and for the 70 million people of the region affected with Diabetes.
To all of the CMNZL team a very big thank you. We would not have got there without you.

Diabetes Congress LimitedOver two years ago when I was trying to choose convention managers I had little knowledge with respect to the running of meetings or who the personnel were in the comminity. I consider myself very lucky to have chosen your team particually with Shelley in the running of our meeting.
I could go through each individual event and tell you how pleased we were with the way they were run but essentially I would be repeating the same thing in saying that we were extremely pleased with the way that all the acitivities including the scientific programme, social events, presidential programme and sporting events were run.

Rehabilitation International, New YorkI am writing this letter of reference in my capacity as the Convenor of the 2010 Distance Education Association of New Zealand (DEANZ) conference. DEANZ has used the services of Convention Management New Zealand Ltd (CMNZ) to manage our last two conferences in 2008 and 2010. The venue of both events was Te Papa, Wellington and they were outstanding conferences.
I can honestly say that the conferences would not have been so successful in terms of overall organisation and from a delegate perspective without CMNZ's expert assistance, attention to detail and careful stewardship throughout the planning process. Indeed, without their input and wealth of experience we could have made some expensive mistakes in the planning and design of these events.
