Convention Management provides a completely interactive, online registration service via our EVENTS registration system. Using a secure website, committee members can visit the site to see a breakdown of total registration details and delegate demographics in real-time. Attendee requests can be acknowledged immediately and details requested confirmed while the client is online. The registration process automatically generates a confirmation letter that includes the necessary details required for overseas delegates to complete New Zealand visa application requirements. The complete registration system can be taken on site to handle replacement name badges or last minute new registrations.
